The review of telecommunication companies
Do you know that there are no less than sixty seconds in a minute? But lately one of the IDT companies declared that most of corporations, which provide calling cards, propose only 36 seconds instead of 60. Many world-known corporations declared that there can't be any upright rivalry if one of rivals has got unfair benefit before the beginning of a rivalry. IDT/UTA (Union Telecard Alliance) company made a resolve to sue the different companies-providers of prepaid phone cards for the unjust rivalry circumstances on a phone services market.
It is difficult to believe, but some of dishonest card promoters give only about 60% of minutes, that were paid for. In November 2007 Total Call International, Inc. and IDT/UTA have received a full resolution of the suit brought by IDT Telecom, Inc. and Union Telecard Alliance, LLC versus Total Call. It is the fourth group of accused that have settled the litigation initiated by IDT/UTA. Another settling accused companies today are Epana Networks, Inc., Dollar Phone Corp. and connected corporations, and Locus Telecommunications, Inc. IDT/UTA's lawsuit versus the residuary defendants is still persisting in federal court in Newark, New Jersey. Recently I have found a post on one of prepaid telecom related websites where a softswitch producer showed his project. One of the features he takes pride in was the ability to determine the duration of the minute to as long as you want. Another characteristic was to stochastically keep back a minute from the account.
